Welcome to JOISLI! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (joisli.org) and services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services

JOISLI provides online life coaching services designed to support personal and professional growth. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments for coaching services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.
• Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for a session.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Be honest and open during coaching sessions.
• Complete any assigned exercises or tasks.
• Acknowledge that results depend on your personal commitment and effort.

5. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions and communications will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on joisli.org (including text, graphics, and materials) is the property of JOISLI and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

JOISLI is not responsible for any personal, professional, or financial outcomes related to coaching services. You accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

10. Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy:

• Terms of Return: Clients may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no coaching sessions have been used.
• State of Return: Coaching services are non-tangible, and refunds are only applicable if sessions have not been utilized.
• Reason for Return: Refunds are provided if services      were not rendered or if there was a billing error. Dissatisfaction with      coaching results is not a valid reason for a refund.
• Process for Return: To initiate a refund request, clients must email camille@joisli.org with their name, purchase details, and reason for the request. Refund requests will be reviewed      within 5 business days.
• Process of Refund: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
• Exceptional Cases: Refunds beyond the standard policy may be considered at JOISLI’s discretion for extenuating circumstances.
